Aadhaar App: In a massive push for citizen convenience and enhanced digital security, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has officially launched a new feature allowing citizens to link or update their email IDs directly through the official Aadhaar mobile application.
To encourage widespread adoption, the government has announced that this service will be completely free of charge for the first six months, beginning July 1, 2026.
