Realme will release Realme 16 Pro Plus in India on January 6. The flagship phone is also likely to have an AMOLED display, 200MP camera, a powerful chipset, a huge 7,000mAh battery and Realme UI 7.0, which is built on the Android 16.
Tomorrow, (Tuesday) Realme will launch its new superior smartphone range in India through the release of the Realme 16 Pro series. The two models will include the Realme 16 Pro 5G and the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G.
Realme has already announced some of the main specifications before the actual release, whereas the most recent leaks have provided information on the price, storage, and availability.
Date of Launching, Colours, and Availability
Realme has already confirmed that the Realme 16 Pro Plus will be released in India on January 6. The estimated Realme 16 Pro Plus price in India Flipkart will begin at an appealing price, which will make it a strong competitor to the customers.
The series will be offered in two standard colours Master Gold and Master Grey, as well as two exclusive India finishes Camellia Pink and Orchid Purple. These smartphones introduce a new Urban Wild design language by Realme, designed by one of the renowned Japanese designers, Naoto Fukasawa.
Expected Price in India
According to recent leaks, Realme 16 Pro 5G will be priced at Rs. 31,999 in base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option. It is reported that the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model will cost approximately Rs. 33,999 whereas the top-end model that incorporates 12GB RAM and 256GB storage will be of about Rs. 36,999.
Realme 16 Pro Plus 5G price in india will probably have an initial of Rs.39,999 of the basic version with 8GB RAM and 128GB memory. The 8GB RAM with 256GB storage can also be sold at a range of around Rs. 41,999; the best part is that the high-end 12GB RAM and 256GB storage will be sold at approximately Rs. 44,999. The last leak is very close to the previous reports that were reporting a price of 43,999 on the Pro+ model.
It is assumed that Realme will officially announce the price on the launch day.
The two smartphones in the Realme 16 Pro series will have a triple rear camera with a square module and LED flash. The devices are designed using an aerospace grade frame and are tested to provide a high degree of dust and water resistance, IP66, IP68 and IP69K.
The right side of the frame has the power button and volume controls.
Display Features
The Realme 16 Pro series will feature the use of AMOLED displays with full-HD+ resolution. The Realme 16 Pro 5G will have a 1.5K AMOLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, 1.07 billion colors, and a maximum brightness of 6,500 nits.
The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G, on the other hand, will have slim 1.48mm bezels and 94% screen-to-body ratio. It will also boast a touch sampling rate of 2,500Hz, PWM dimming rate of 4,608Hz and will play Netflix HDR.
Performance and Software
The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G will be driven by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor with an impressive AnTuTu score of approximately 1.44 million. Meanwhile, Realme 16 Pro 5G will use processor MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Max 5G and have the AirFlow vapor chamber cooling system.
Both of them will be using Realme UI 7.0 that is based on Android 16, and will support LPDDR5x RAM. Realme has ensured that these devices will be updated to three major Android and four years of security patches.

Camera Capabilities
The Realme 16 Pro plus will come with a LumaColor Image-tuned triple rear camera with the primary sensor being 200 megapixels. Realme 16 Pro Plus 5G will also have a 50 megapixel periscope telephoto lens with a maximum zoom of 10 times.
Both models have 4K video recording with the Pro+ having 4K HDR video recording at various levels of zoom and 2-focal 4K video recording at 60fps.
Battery and Charging
The Realme 16 Pro 5G and the Realme 16 Pro Plus 5G will be endowed with a massive 7,000mAh Titan battery.
