Skoda Auto India Expands Dealer Network in Punjab with Two New Customer Facilities

Škoda Auto India Punjab has further strengthened its presence in northern India by opening two new customer facilities in Punjab, reinforcing the brand’s focus on accessibility, customer satisfaction, and regional growth. The expansion includes new sales in the Skoda Ludhiana showroom and a full-service 3S facility in Hoshiarpur, marking another milestone in the company’s nationwide network expansion strategy.

Punjab continues to be an important market for Skoda Auto India due to its growing demand for premium and mid-size vehicles. Recognising this potential, the automaker has partnered with Krishna Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd. to establish the new outlets, bringing its total customer touchpoints in the state to 10.

The expansion is aimed at making Skoda’s products and services more accessible to customers while offering a seamless buying and ownership experience closer to home.

Modern Sales Facility in Ludhiana

The newly inaugurated Ludhiana sales outlet spans approximately 2,800 square feet and has been designed to reflect Skoda’s modern and premium brand identity. The showroom displays the company’s latest models and provides a comfortable, customer-friendly environment for consultations, test drives, and purchase decisions.

With Ludhiana being one of Punjab’s major commercial hubs, the new facility is expected to attract strong footfall from both urban buyers and surrounding regions.

Full-Service 3S Centre in Hoshiarpur

Complementing the sales expansion, Skoda has also opened a 3S Skoda Sales, Service & Spare Parts facility in Hoshiarpur. The centre includes a 1,900 square foot workshop equipped with two service bays, enabling efficient maintenance and repair services.

This facility is designed to enhance after-sales support, ensuring faster turnaround times, improved service quality, and greater peace of mind for Skoda owners in and around Hoshiarpur.

Speaking on the development, Skoda Auto India’s leadership highlighted that 2025 was the brand’s strongest year in India in terms of sales, driven largely by an expanding dealer and service network. The company believes that strengthening regional infrastructure is key to sustaining growth and building long-term customer trust.

By adding more touchpoints in Punjab, Skoda aims to deliver a consistent premium ownership experience—from the showroom floor to after-sales service.
